在雲端運算架構中佈建服務功能鏈管理系統平台之研究

摘要


新興的軟體定義網路(Software Defined Network, SDN)與網路功能虛擬化(Network Functions Virtualization, NFV)概念逐漸發展為未來網路架構的主流,已成為全球大型營運商與廠商的策略發展重點。在傳統網路架構底下,電信營運商、資料中心等業者正面臨如何即時控制和管理網路資源的嚴峻考驗,因此極須導入更先進SDN架構和NFV佈建機制,並發展服務功能鏈(Service Function Chain, SFC)的網路服務配置的技術,以因應寬頻網路發展趨勢。本論文主要目的為運用SDN與NFV來佈建虛擬網路功能,設計一套可應用NFV技術佈建網路功能服務的管理系統,並結合SDN/OpenFlow集中管控架構,以實現服務功能鏈(Service Function Chain, SFC)路由管理機制,以增加服務功能佈署彈性與提昇網路資源使用效率。

The rise of Software Defined Network (SDN) and Network Functions Virtualization (NFV) technology transforms complex network architecture into a programmable, virtualized and standardized management architecture. It brings disruptive change and innovation to the development of the Information and Communication Technology industry, and it is an indispensable key element in the future construction of 5G networks. The main purpose of this thesis is to use SDN and NFV to build virtual network functions, design a management system that can use NFV technology to build network function services. Also, it combines the self-developed middleware, which applies SDN/OpenFlow centralized control architecture to design Service Function Chain routing management mechanism, to increase the flexibility of service function deployment and improve the efficiency of network resource usage.
