臺灣產業文化路徑建構之研究

本研究思考如何突破產業文化資產制式化的活化再利用思維，嘗試進行整體系統性的保存觀念與再利用規劃，增進公私部門合作及地方認同感，以建構「產業文化路徑」作為促進產業文化資產保存活化及地方再生產的文化動能。研究由歐美「文化路徑」觀點出發，探究如何以產業文化為核心價值去建立「產業文化路徑」，一方面梳理既有文化路徑論述及系統性文化資產觀念，另方面對應臺灣產業文化保存發展的特色與現況，做為建立「臺灣產業文化路徑」後續推動類型及機制參考。研究建議以「產業文化路徑」作為產業文化資產保存活化的策略工具，是一種整合性的文化治理策略及行動計畫綱領，從具脈絡的敘事角度出發，導入相關軟硬體設施建設與經營，未來輔以完整之認證機制及推動辦法，將可整合各界資源，擴大文化交流加值效益，並有促進地方產業經濟以及推動公私合作的功能。此外，本研究初步以石油產業說明「主題路徑」及「區域路徑」的架構及特質，做為未來整合推動參考。現階段主要研究成果包含：一、國際文化路徑相關理論及推動機制之梳理分析；二、「臺灣產業文化路徑」的定義、類型及架構之建議；三、以石油產業說明「主題路徑」及「區域路徑」架構內容。研究發現「產業文化路徑」的組成內容及核心價值論述對於注重脈絡化保存的產業文化資產保存及活化，有凝聚臺灣文化價值與地方共識、建立文化主體性、實踐地方特色經營、區域發展與旅遊經濟等之潛力。

Break the industrial cultural heritage standardization and revitalize it are the focuses of this study. The author is trying to give on integrated proposal to enhance public to private teamwork and deepen the sense of local-identity, in order to establish Taiwan's Route of Industrial Heritage, as the cultural energy, for revitalization and reproduction. Inspired by the Western perspectives of Routes, this study is grounded on Industrial Culture as core value to establish Taiwan's Route of Industrial Heritage. At one side, analyze exising theories and concepts of Cultrural Routes. On the other side, correspond domestic characteristic and reality to create the framework and mechanism of Taiwan's Industrial Routes. It is suggested to take Indsutrial Routes as a tool to vitialize the industrial heritage conservation. As an integrated operation guideline, with hardware construction and software management, various cultural interaction will be enlarged with added value, local industry economy promotion and public to private teamwork motivation. At preliminary stage, taking the Theme Routes and Regional Routes structure and elements on petroleum industry as example to be referenced for future integrated activity. Upon this stage, three results of this study listed below; 1. Organize international essays of Cultural Routes to analyze workable mechanism to practice. 2. Define and catagarize Taiwan's Route of Industrial Heritage, as well as provide suggetions. 3. A case study on petroleum industry between the Theme Routes and Regional Routes. It is realized the content and core value of Industrial Routes is highly related to conservation and revitalization on context management of Industrial Heritage. Following this concept, it's able to garner consensus, create cultural principle and contribute the potential operation on local characteristics, regional development or traveling economy.
