摘要

近年中国教育改革，倡议“教育家办学”。中国人民大学附属中学校长刘彭芝，堪称教育家办学的典型代表。本文着眼刘彭芝校长“内蕴丰富、深刻的教育思想”和“科学、务实的教育管理思想”，结合对刘彭芝校长办学实践的考察，展现刘彭芝校长作为教育家的核心品格和魅力，期冀对我国教育教学工作者有所启迪与借鉴，促使更多优秀教育教学工作者成长为教育家，推进我国教育事业发展。

In recent years, the educational reform in China advocate ＂educationist initiation＂ for running a school. Liu Pengzhi, principal of the affiliated high school of Renmin University of China is one of the typical representative of educationist in running schools. Based on Liu Pengzhi principal with abundant and profound educational ＂thought＂, and ＂scientific, pragmatic education management thought＂, combined with the study of his school-running practice, show the core character and glamour of her as an educationist, hope that it will bring some inspiration and lesson to the educators in our country, to prompt more good educator grow to be an educationist, promote the development of education cause in our country.
