马来西亚本土华语教师培养方向刍议

摘要

近年来，随着华语学习和华语国际传播的不断升温，世界各国华语教学普遍存在着学习需求不断增长与教师供给相对短缺的突出矛盾，因而培养本土华语教师成为解决世界各国华语师资短缺问题的重要路径。本文在对马来西亚华语教学的发展、本土华语教师培养的现状进行考察的基础上，分析了本土华语教师培养存在的问题，从而提出马来西亚本土华语教师培养的方向：培养方式专业化；培养路径多样化；培养层次多元化；培养类型复合化。

Following the recent rise in popularity of Mandarin, problems arising from the increasing of demand for Mandarin learning and shortage of language teachers have become acute. The training of local Mandarin teachers has become a matter of great importance to overcome the shortage of qualified teachers in many countries. This study investigates the state of Chinese language teaching and local Mandarin teacher training and its problems in Malaysia, and hence to propose the directions that this training should take, the manner of training, the need for diverse methods and multi-layers of training, and the combination of different types of training.
