从“防共”到“拥共”：龙云与中国共产党关系的演变（1927-1949）
From Suppressing the CCP to Supporting the CCP: The Evolution of the Relationship between Long Yun(龙云) and the CCP from 1927 to 1949
摘要
龙云在20世纪20年代中后期云南地方军阀混战中掌权，抗战前主动与蒋介石亲近，打击民主力量，破坏中国共产党地下组织，屠杀中国共产党地下组织成员。在抗战时期，则转为对落介石戒备，保护民主力量，支持中国共产党地下组织的统战工作和民主运动，帮助中国共产党在云南设立秘密电台。在抗战结束后，他策动滇军旧部起义，公开发表宣言“拥共反蒋”。其中的变化值得探究。本文以1927-1949年间龙云与中国共产党关系的演变为中心，探讨中共中央南方局及其领导下的云南省工委对龙云等地方实力派展开的统战工作及其成效，兼论及龙云与蒋介石关系的变化及其因由，由此呈现南方局领导下的中国共产党云南地下组织统战工作的历史图景。

Long Yun (龙云)came to power in the melee of local warlords in Yunnan in the mid to late 1920s. Before the Anti - Japanese War, Long Yun proactively approached Chiang Kai-shek, cracked down on the democratic forces, destroyed the underground organization of the Chinese Communist Party (hereafter abbreviated as CCP), and slaughtered the CCP's underground organization members. During the war of resistance, he began to alienate Chiang Kai-shek, protect the democratic forces, support the United Front work and the democratic movement of the CCP's underground organization, and help the CCP establish a secret radio station in Yunnan. After the war of resistance, he incited the generals of the Yunnan army, his former subordinates, to revolt against Chiang Kai-shek, and publicly issued the declaration of ＂supporting the CCP and opposing Chiang＂, among which the changes are worth exploring. This paper focuses on the evolution of the relationship between Long Yun and the CCP from 1927 to 1949, explores the United Front work and its effects of the Southern Bureau and the Yunnan Provincial Work Committee under the leadership of the Southern Bureau on the local powers such as Long Yun, and discusses the changes in Long Yun's relationship with Chiang Kai-shek and its causes, thus presenting a historical picture of the United Front work of the CCP's underground organization in Yunnan under the leadership of the Southern Bureau.
