The authors argue that the regime Sha Ha Lu(沙哈鲁) in the biographies of the Western regions in History of Ming compiled by the official historians in Qing Dynasty is nonexistent. Many authoritative historical records of Ming and Qing dynasties had not record this regime. There are solid evidence which can prove that the two locations of "Sha Ha Lu State" identified in History of Ming and several other historical books are invalid. The name of the regimes in those areas is clear. The specific process of the origin and formation of the misdescription of "Sha Ha Lu State" in History of Ming and other several historical books can be traced. The findings of this paper is the biggest discoveries so far about the historical facts error in Qing's official revision of the History of Ming.
