Research on Influencing Factors of Overseas M&A Performance of Listed Companies in Transportation Industry

摘要

Factor analysis method was used to evaluate the performance of overseas M&A of listed companies in the transportation industry. On this basis, multiple regression method was used to conduct empirical analysis on the factors affecting the performance of overseas M&A of listed companies in the transportation industry. The results show that equity concentration has a significant positive impact on the overseas M&A performance of listed companies in the transportation industry, and long-term debt ratio has a significant positive impact on the overseas M&A performance of listed companies in the transportation industry.
