With the economic globalization and the increasing importance of human resources in economic development, in order to further improve in science, technology and competitive in the global economy in our country, adult education has become an important part of increased labor quality in our country, this is the moment to provide science and technology one of the core of the social talent requirement, the social and education development is the inevitable road. At present, the effect of adult education in China cannot be achieved without the guidance of the government's public policy. Therefore, it is necessary to study the policy tool selection system of adult education in China in order to further optimize the policy effect. Firstly, this paper clarifies the policy tool analysis methods of adult education in China from three aspects: the organizational structure of policy analysis in adult education and the selection of relevant policy text content in adult education. Secondly, based on the text content related to adult education policy, this paper summarizes the existing problems in the choice of adult education policy tools from three dimensions: reasonable analysis of the results and statistical description, characteristics of the choice of policy tools in the range of adult education, and analysis of the reasons for the choice of policy tools in the range of adult education. Finally, according to the existing problems, the author puts forward suggestions to improve China's adult education policy tools from three aspects: enriching the selection and application of policy tools, strengthening the research on the policy tools and their effectiveness in the field of adult education, and innovating the design and application of key policy tools in the field of adult education.
