Exploring the Development of Rural Human Resources in the Context of Rural Revitalization--Anhui Province as an Example

摘要


In recent years, the Party Central Committee and the State Council have made a comprehensive deployment for the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy. As an important dimension and key link of rural revitalization, talent revitalization is the key to the Five Revitalizations. At present, Anhui Province rural human resources have problems such as large population base, low population quality and serious population loss. Based on this, in order to promote the two-way promotion and linkage development of rural revitalization and human resource development, this paper puts forward four constructive countermeasures: improving incentive policies to introduce talents, perfecting rural education and medical care, developing special industries according to local conditions, and building a high-quality grassroots cadre team.
