摘要

In 2021, it will achieve the grand goal of building a moderately prosperous society in an all-round way, and have officially eliminated absolute poverty in China. General Secretary Xi Jinping emphasized at the symposium on the decisive victory in poverty alleviation: ＂Poverty alleviation is not the end, but the starting point of a new life and new struggle. We must focus on the changes in the main contradictions and promote the stable transformation of poverty reduction strategies and work systems.＂ The effective connection between the consolidation and expansion of poverty alleviation achievements and rural revitalization has also become a hot topic of national concern. Taking Rangtang County, Aba Prefecture, Sichuan Province as an example, this paper studies the practical obstacles faced by the consolidation of poverty alleviation achievements in China's ethnic minority areas, theoretically analyzes the theoretical logic and necessity of the effective connection between the consolidation of poverty alleviation results and rural revitalization, and proposes The realization path of China's ethnic minorities' poverty alleviation achievements and the effective connection between rural revitalization.
