Explore the difficulties and countermeasures in the guidance services of township hospitals. Select 420 outpatient patients from April 2021 to April 2022 and 420 patients from April 2022 to April 2023 as the research subjects, and compare the situation of the two groups of patients. And select 8 service center nurses for the corresponding period, including 1 head nurse, including 2 undergraduate, 2 specialized, and 4 vocational school nurses. Select two groups of patients before and after nursing implementation for satisfaction surveys, and conduct comprehensive quality surveys on relevant guidance medical staff. After the implementation of nursing services, patients' satisfaction with outpatient guidance services, communication skills, appointment screening, clarification, and health education was significantly improved, with a statistically significant difference (P<0.05). After nursing services, the professional knowledge and skills, health education skills, communication skills, mastery of rules and regulations, and maintenance of outpatient order of the guidance staff were significantly improved, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). After solving the difficult problems in guidance, it can significantly improve patient satisfaction and improve the overall quality of nursing staff.
