水簾式豬舍應用於保育豬之研究

摘要


本研究利用小型密閉水簾式豬舍進行環境控制之實驗,探討飼養保育豬隻之性能表現。本研究係設計一自動控制通風降溫的系統,並收集保育豬隻飼養期間溫度、相對濕度、通風量與氨氣、硫化氫及粉塵濃度等資料,評估密閉水簾式畜舍之保育豬飼養效果。試驗期間並收集保育豬之資料包括增重、採食量及存活頭數等,以計算其飼料效率及育成率,與現有飼養方式作比較。結果顯示,自動控制策略可適切的控制保育舍內所需之溫度,並可依實際需求設定之。豬舍內硫化氫濃度稍高,最大值可達到0.038 ppm,此現象可能會造成豬隻的生長遲緩。豬隻之增重較傳統飼養方式低,但飼料效率有較佳的結果,育成率達100%。

A pig house with cooling pad was designed to study the environmental controller for nursing pigs. Performance of pigs were also evaluated in this study. An automatic control policy was designed for cooling and ventilation in this study. Environmental parameters such like temperature, relative humidity, ventilation rates, ammonia concentrations, hydrogen sulphide concentrations and dust concentrations were measured during the experiment. Weight gains, and feed weight were also collected to calculate feed conversion efficiency. Survival rates was also recorded for comparing with existing systems. The following experimental results were obtained The automatic control policy could properly control temperature inside the building and the setting of temperature control could be adjusted according to demand for nursery pigs. Concentrations of hydrogen sulphide were higher than under normal conditions and could reach 0.038 ppm. It resulted in lower growth rates than that under normal condition. Weight gains were lower than those of existing systems, and the feed conversion rates were tetter than those of tradition of system. Survival rates could reach 100% in this study.
