校園精神疾病學生之教育輔導策略─生態系統觀點

Educational and Guidance Strategies for Students with Mental Disorder - An Ecosystem Perspective

摘要


精神疾病對學生之學習適應與身心發展影響甚鉅,但其辨識、診斷、教育、輔導及治療卻經常因為污名化和偏見等因素而倍受輕忽。本文先整理國內最新的學生心理健康及精神疾病相關研究數據,說明精神診斷的新變革與新定義,再介紹Bronfenbrenner生態系統理論近期發展之PPCT模式,進而運用參與觀察法來設計出協助精神疾病學生的教育輔導策略,以供實務工作參考運用的問題。

Mental disorder has a great impact on students' learning adaptation and physiological development, but their identification, diagnosis, education, counseling and treatment are often neglected due to stigma and prejudice. This article introduces research data related to mental disorder, explain the new changes/definitions of mental diagnosis, and then introduce the latest development path of the Bronfenbrenner ecosystem theory, the PPCT model. At last, the researcher used observation method to design educational and guidance strategies to assist mental disorder students.
