摘要

在百年光辉历史中，中国共产党把马克思主义基本原理同时代和中国国情相结合，不断地推进马克思主义中国化，在解决中国革命、建设、改革的重大问题过程中，科学回答了什么是中国人民的人权，如何解放、尊重、保护、实现中国人民的人权等一系列基本问题，形成了中国共产党新民主主义革命时期的人权理论和中国特色社会主义人权理论，中国人权事业取得伟大成就，中华民族实现了从站起来、富起来到强起来的历史性飞跃。新时代条件下，要进一步推进中国人权事业，必须坚持以习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想为指导，认真学习贯彻习近平总书记关于人权问题的一系列重要论述，坚持中国共产党的领导，坚持以人民为中心的人权理念，坚持把人权的普遍性原则和当代实际相结合，把生存权、发展权作为首要的基本人权，协调增进全体人民的经济、政治、社会、文化、环境权利，努力维护社会公平正义，促进人的全面发展，走中国特色的人权发展道路。这是我们总结中国共产党百年人权理论与实践得出的基本经验和基本启示。

In the past century of glorious history, the Communist Party of China has combined the basic principles of Marxism with China's national conditions and continuously promoted the Sinicization of Marxism. In the course of solving the major problems of the Chinese revolution, construction and reform, the Communist Party of China has scientifically answered a series of basic questions such as what is the human rights of the Chinese people and how to liberate, respect, protect and realize the human rights of the Chinese people, formed the theory of human rights in the period of the new democratic revolution and the theory of socialist human rights with Chinese characteristics, made great achievements in the cause of human rights in China, and the Chinese nation has made a historic leap from standing up, getting rich and strengthening. Under the conditions of the new era, in order to further advance China's human rights cause, we must adhere to the guiding Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, conscientiously study and implement President Xi Jinping's series of important expositions on human rights issues, adhere to the leadership of the Communist Party of China, adhere to the people-centered concept of human rights, adhere to the combination of the principle of universality of human rights and contemporary reality, regard the rights to subsistence and development as the primary basic human rights, coordinate and promote the economic, political, social, cultural and environmental rights of the whole people, strive to safeguard social fairness and justice, promote the all-round development of human beings, and follow the road of human rights development with Chinese characteristics. This is the basic experience and enlightenment that we have gained by summing up the theory and practice on human rights of the Communist Party of China in the past 100 years.
