鄉村幼兒園如何充分利用現有資源的教學策略探究─以肇慶市為例

An Investigation of Rural Kindergartens' Application of Rural Resources to Instructional Strategy with Zhaoqing City Teachers as Research Subjects

摘要


環境是教育的最大資源,雖然鄉村幼兒園的經費短缺,但是自然資源豐富,對不同鄉村的社會資源和文化資源有不同的獨特之處。如果幼兒園能夠充分利用現有鄉村資源,可以豐富鄉村的所賦予的優勢而用於教學。因此幼兒園能夠因地制宜,善用鄉村現有的自然資源,就形成讓幼兒親近大自然啟發身心的教學模式。本文主要採用統計學中的文獻法和問卷調查法,對306名鄉村幼兒教師,針對現有的資源進行教學的現狀調查,並且經由比較分析法分析其中存在的問題。經過實地的調查發現,幼兒教師對鄉村現有的資源,都存在著薄弱性、狹窄性、專業性、缺乏合作及主管部門重視程度不足的問題。此項結果可以做為幼兒教師及教育主管部門日後參考的策略建議。

As we know, the environment is be regarded as one of the hugest resources of education, although the despite being budget tightened, rural kindergartens are endowed with abundant natural resources, the possessing unique social resource and cultural resource are existed. Therefore, the rural kindergarten can apply its rural resource to enrich instruction, and also can inspire children mental and physiological development. Based on the mentioned reasons, the paper uses questionnaire survey method to do the data analysis, and a total of 306 kindergarten teachers in the rural Zhaoqing city are invited to present their responses to questionnaire items. Comparative analysis is adopted to help understand the inherent problems, through the data analysis to find that the teachers are in general manifested weakness, narrowness and professionalness. Besides, there also existed lack of cooperation between teachers and supervisor's. As a result, the final results can serve as a guide for future research.
