生技疫苗廠房無塵室空調系統之量測探討分析

摘要


疫苗的研發及生產將會是對疫情減緩的關鍵,然而疫苗是直接注入於人體,所以為了維護產品良好的品質,使得生技疫苗生產系統的品質管控更為重要。因此,本研究將以實地至台灣某生技疫苗廠房進行空調系統測試為主軸,並藉由其空調確效之數據進行詳細的探討分析。結果發現換氣次數高低會影響靜態下微塵粒子數的多寡,而回復率越高代表汙染物移除能力越高,但也代表換氣次數越高,因此也可能導致整體之空調系統更加的耗能。若任何空調系統皆應定期安排進行空調確效,並且建立建築管理系統,以利暸解系統之運行狀況,確保環境能長期維持並建立生技場所所需求之環境條件。

The vaccine development and production will be the key to slow down the epidemic. However, vaccines are injected directly into humans. To maintain the good quality of vaccines, the quality control of biotechnology vaccine production system is more becoming critical. Therefore, this study will conduct the field measurement of air-conditioning systems of a biotech vaccine factory in Taiwan. The results show that the number of particles under at-rest occupancy was affected by the air change rate. Besides, the higher the recovery rate becomes, the better the pollutant removal capacity obtains. Therefore, it may also lead to more energy consumption of the air conditioning system. However, no matter in any air-conditioning system, regular field measurements should be made to ensure the effectiveness of air conditioning systems. In addition, building management system should be established to ensure the long term environmental control demands specific for biomedical facilities.
