歐洲多元文化社會與促進尊重教育之研究

隨著國際化與全球化趨勢，歐洲社會在種族及文化等方面日益增加多元化與複雜性，但同時也帶來社會的結構性不平等、排斥以及疏離等緊張局勢和動亂。雖然歐洲長期以來已關注移民及其子女教育問題，但由於近年來新一波的移民潮以及歐洲各國對這些新住民的處理方式不一致，使得各種社會與文化衝突不斷出現，此也再次提醒歐洲對於此議題的重視。本文針對歐洲社會近年來所面臨的移民和教育議題進行說明，並討論歐洲聯盟（European Union）在因應移民的社會與文化衝突時，希望提出教育可以促進尊重與包容的相關倡議，並闡釋其在尊重教育上的意義。

With the trend of internationalization and globalization, European society is increasingly diverse and complex in terms of race and culture. At the same time, however, it also brings social tensions and turmoil such as structural inequality, exclusion, and alienation. Although Europe has long been concerned about the issue of immigrants and the education of immigrants' children, due to the new wave of immigrants in recent years and the inconsistency in the handling of these new residents in European countries, various social and cultural conflicts continue to emerge. This also reminds Europe of the importance of this issues. This article explains the immigration and education issues that European society has faced in recent years, and discusses the response of European Union to the social and cultural conflicts of immigrants, hoping to propose education initiatives to promote respect and tolerance, and explain its significant to respect education.
