由水資源分析臺灣地區未來養殖漁業和養豬業之發展

爲了協助解決因養殖漁業和養豬業所引起地層下陷和水質汚染的嚴重問題，本文首先簡單介紹其嚴重性及目前有關因應對策，最後建議十四項可能解決的方法以供有關單位參考。建議事項包括：密集養殖漁業、食用藻類生產、養殖漁業區之選定、可更新能源之開發、自然景觀休閒區之配合、養豬專業區之選定、衞星資料應用、地理資訊系統之推廣、開發和管制兼顧、西部地區、整治下陷土地、東部地區、加强政策之推動、和修訂能與社會同步前進之法規。

In order to remedy the land subsidence and water quality problems caused by aquiculture and swine productions, this report first briefly introduces the seriousness of the problems and the current management policies. Subsequently, the author makes twelve recommendations to the proper authorities in Taiwan on improving the future aquiculture and swine productions. These recommendations include intensive aquiculture, algae production, aquiculture site preference, renewable energy development, natural recreation elaboration, swine site alternative, satellite imagery application, geographic information system utilization, balance between development and regulation, west region, subsided land management, east region, improvement of policy implementation, and amendments of out-of-date laws.
