台灣地區觀光旅館與大型綜合醫院合理用水指標與節水潛力之探討

本研究主要針對台灣地區觀光旅館及大型綜合醫院之大用水戶進行用水現況調查，以了解各用水戶之用水特性、用水設備規模大小、用水管理及節水成效，並配合國內外相關學理及經驗值，推估此二行業用水指標之合理範圍及未來節水潛力，以提供此二行業於用水效率規劃、設計、研究及管理者之參考，分析結果如下：1.用水現況方面，觀光旅館業與大型綜合醫院之衛浴設備省水器材汰換率平均不及三成，污水處理再利用率亦僅約一成，由此可見仍有甚大之節水空間待努力。2.用水指標之合理範圍方面，觀光旅館業與大型綜合醫院之合理用水推估值分別為575公升／人.日、459公升／人.日，又依據目前國內外建築物給排水設計指標進行設計值之修正，其合理之建議分別爲948～2,555公升／床.日，204-324公升／床.日。3.節水潛力方面，依觀光旅館業與大型綜合醫院之用水現況調查平均值，配合本研究所推估之合理用水指標，其節水潛力分別爲329公升／人.日、283公升／人.日。

The water use information of recreational hotels and hospitals in Taiwan are investigated from many aspects, including water use characteristics, device sizes, management strategies and water conservation efficiency, etc.. According to the results, relative theories and experiential values from all over the world, a feasible range of water use index and water conservation potential are evaluated. As a result, they can provide managers of the two categorical institutions mentioned above with water use efficiency designs, research maneuvers and so on. The investigation results are listed in the following: 1. The replacement ratios of water saving devices, including low flush toilets and low flow faucets, are both less than 30%. In addition, the recycle rate of waste water is only 10% or so. Obviously, the water conservation potential is still high. 2. The reasonable suggested water use indexes are 575 LPD(ℓ/person.day) and 459 LPD for Hotels and Hospitals, respectively. Moreover, the reasonable suggested indexes in architectural water use designs for hotels and hospitals are modified into 948-2,555 ℓ/bed.day and 204-324 ℓ/bed.day, respectively. 3. According to the average investigated values and the evaluated reasonable water use indexes, the water saving potentials are 329 LPD and 283 LPD for hotels and hospitals, respectively.
