本研究目的為研析公共排水對農業灌溉之影響,並分別以行政院農田水利署彰化管理處的石笱排水及洋子厝溪排水系統、行政院農田水利署台中管理處的中興段排水系統,作為鄉村型與都市型公共排水示範區研析。透過收集國外學術論文期刊與國內公開研究報告,彙整公共排水對灌溉水質與環境的影響、示範區域的基本資料(如:公共排水系統、灌溉系統、家庭廢水排放、工業廢水排放、畜牧廢水排放之介入點),並以WASP水質模式做為評估模式,將示範區的水路系統用魚骨圖的方式釐清灌排系統與排水系統之相關位置,以有效地模擬污染源排放;蒐集示範區之流量與通水斷面資料,建立一完整的水理資料庫。並透過建置不同污染情境,以提供未來管理公共排水以改善灌溉水質之方案參考。
This study aims to evaluate the impact of public effluent on irrigation water by taking two example sites: the Shihgo drainage and Yantsizhou drainage system from Irrigation Agency, Council of Agriculture, Executive Yuan, Changhua Association, and the Chunghsin drainage system from Irrigation Agency, Council of Agriculture, Executive Yuan, Taichung Association as the countryside and urban public effluent examples, respectively. We collected journal articles and research reports to summarize the impacts of public effluent on irrigation water, and the background information of the example sites (i.e., public drainage system, irrigation system, locations of domestic/industrial effluent discharge, and livestock waste water, etc.). Furthermore, the water quality model, WASP, was used to simulate different effluent discharges by setting the relative locations of irrigation systems and effluent discharge locations. The flow discharge and channel profiles of each sections of the systems were constructed as a hydraulic database. In this study, the simulation results of different effluent discharge scenarios could be used as reference for managing public drainage to improve irrigation water quality.
