從微學習的觀點談護理資訊素養數位教材設計與評估

Design and Evaluation of Digital Teaching Materials from the Perspective of Micro-learning in Nursing Information Literacy

摘要


微學習對於數位教材設計的意義在於選擇合適的學習內容以重點、短時的方式呈現,並結合科技載具進行重複觀看,達到吸引學習者注意力的目標並提升學習成效。本文介紹微學習的內涵、呈現方式與時間長度、基本特徵與限制,並以護理資訊素養課程為例,說明如何運用微學習的觀點進行數位教材的設計,和透過問卷調查來了解學生對護理資訊素養數位教材的滿意度。研究結果顯示以微學習的方式來設計護理資訊素養數位教材,學生認為教材內容不僅符合時間短、內容精簡的原則,亦能幫助課後自學,使其在遭遇學習困難時能提供補救教學的資源。另外,數位教材界面操作容易,畫質良好,且學生重複觀看意願高,顯示數位教材的設計能滿足學生需求。唯應增加線上練習題目數量,以協助學生進行自我評核,讓教材更臻完善。

The significance of micro-learning for the design of digital teaching materials is to select appropriate learning content and present it in a focused and short-term manner, combined with technological devices for repeated viewing to achieve the goal of attracting learners' attention and enhancing learning effectiveness. This study introduces the definition, presentation styles and duration, basic characteristics, and limitations of micro-learning. It also takes nursing information literacy courses as an example to explain how to use micro-learning to design digital teaching materials and uses questionnaires to understand students' satisfaction with digital teaching materials. The study results show that students' belief that digital teaching materials for nursing information literacy are designed by micro-learning not only conforms to the principles of short time and concise content but also helps self-study after class so that remedial teaching resources can be provided when they encounter barriers to learning. Further, the interface of the digital teaching materials is easy to operate, the video quality is good, and students are willing to watch repeatedly; overall, the design of the display of digital teaching materials can meet the needs of students. Only the number of online test questions should be increased to assist students in self-assessment and improve the teaching materials.
