科技大學創校初期校園規劃發展歷程之研究-以國立雲林科技大學為例

A Study on the Campus Planning and Development in the Early Stage of Starting a University of Science and Technology: By Example of National Yunlin University of Science & Technology

摘要


本文嘗試從臺灣技職教育發展史的角度,探討科技大學創校初期整體校園規劃之發展歷程。研究主要以教育部於1988年所籌劃作為「專科改制」可資參考示範而新設的第一所典範學校「國立雲林技術學院」為個案對象,採用個案研究法,以瞭解高等技職教育透過校園規劃所建構之新技職校園型態的發展,藉此說明臺灣高等技職教育實踐於校園空間的具體情形。結論顯示,「學校定位」、「土地」、「時間」、「經費」、「校務發展規劃」及「籌建團隊」等6項因素,會對科技大學整體發展方向與校園整體規劃執行產生影響;而「土地使用分區」、「建築配置」、「校園道路系統」、「開放空間」等4項因素,則對科技大學校園整體秩序與校園意象產生實質影響。

From the angle of the history of vocational education in Taiwan, this study discusses the developing process of the campus planning in the early stage of starting a university of science technology. The case study focuses on the sample school, National Yunlin University of Science, which were set up in 1988 by Ministry of Education to promote the development of the higher vocational education. The method of case studies is adopted, to understand the development of the new higher vocational campus setting constructed through campus planning. The result has indicated that the six factors of "school orientation," "land," "time," "budget," "development and planning of school affairs," and "planning and constructing team" will impact the following development and the overall campus planning and execution. Besides," the four factors of "land usage and zoning," "building layout," "campus road system," and "open space" will have an effect on the campus order and image.
