從居住到生活－老屋再利用的場所精神

老屋再利用設計已在台灣盛行許久，政府與民間都在大力推行，其中又以改造複合式商業空間為主。在研究方法中，採用文獻回顧、案例分析和設計實踐。首先，探討老屋再利用和場所精神，策略包含「內部」、「包覆」、「上部」、「下部」與「綜合式處理」。手法上為「複製」、「過渡」、「對比」、「聯想」和「襯托」。再利用場所精神包含「場景」、「情感」和「記憶」。其次，透過老屋再利用與複合式咖啡廳案例分析可得知，再利用中最多使用的為「內部」策略與「對比」手法，並進一步分析中原舊教師宿舍的策略，包含「整舊如新」、「借景通風」和「帶入符號」。複合式咖啡廳的案例中得知設計原則為「獨特性」、「需求性」。特別是疫情時代下的空間規劃改變，還要包含「入口處衛生空間」、「空間流通性」、「座位保持適當距離」、「規劃外帶服務」。最後提出「從居住宿舍空間幻化成為師生交流與學習的生活場所」的場所精神，並根據分析後的原則進行設計實踐。

Old house reuse design has been prevalent in Taiwan for a long time, and has been vigorously promoted by both the government and the community, with the renovation of complex commercial spaces being the main focus. The research methodology uses literature review, case study analysis, and practical operation. First, we explore the reuse of old houses and the spirit of places, and the strategies include ＂ Within ＂, ＂ Enclosed ＂, ＂ Above ＂, ＂ Below ＂ and ＂ Comprehensive ＂. The techniques can be summarized as ＂ Duplication ＂, ＂ Transitional ＂, ＂ Contrast ＂, ＂ Recall ＂, and ＂ Background ＂. The spirit of reusing the place includes ＂scene＂, ＂emotion＂ and ＂memory＂ Secondly, the case studies of the old house reuse and the duplex café reveal that the reuse of the old dormitory is mostly based on ＂internal＂ and ＂contrasting＂ strategies. The strategies of the old dormitory are further analyzed, which include ＂making the old look new＂, ＂ borrowed scenery and airiness ＂ and ＂bringing in symbols＂. In the case of epidemic, the spatial planning changes include ＂ the sanitary space at the entrance＂, ＂ the air circulation in the space＂, ＂keeping the appropriate distance between the seats＂, and ＂planning the takeaway service＂. Finally, we propose the spirit of ＂transforming the residential dormitory space into a living place for teachers and students to communicate and learn＂, and put it into practice based on the analyzed principles.
