傳統工藝的文化價值分析：以林午鐵工廠為例

創立於1945年的「林午鐵工廠」，在台灣銅鑼工藝界地位十分重要。優異的品質出自三代傳承的精湛技藝，除兩度獲得文化部薪傳獎肯定，也成為各地廟宇和知名樂團爭相委託的對象。基於對傳統工藝文化價值的保存與延續，本研究以林午鐵工廠為研究對象，使用David Throsby（2003）的「文化價值」作為理論框架，透過民族誌研究法，分析深度訪談及六部已公開的訪談影片所取得質性資料，探討經營者三代傳承背後的價值信念。研究結果除完整繪製出林午鐵工廠的歷史年表，並探討出重要的六個文化價值：（1）美學的價值：音色優美的銅鑼和客製化的裝飾紋樣（2）精神價值：傳承銅鑼工藝的職人精神（3）社會價值：從傳統文化活動到進入國際表演舞台（4）歷史的價值：每次經營轉型都映襯台灣當代的歷史背景（5）象徵的價值：林午就是銅鑼最高品質的象徵（6）真實價值：無可取代是林午鐵工廠的真實價值。

The a Founded in 1945, the "Lin Wu Iron Factory" plays a very important role in Taiwan's gong craftsmanship. The excellent quality comes from the superb skills passed down from three generations. In addition to being recognized by the Ministry of Culture's Legacy Award twice, it has also become a temple and well-known in various places. Based on the preservation and continuation of the cultural value of traditional handicrafts, it has become the object of the orchestra for commission. Taking Lin wu Iron and Steel Plant as the research object, using David Throsby's (2003) "cultural value" as the theoretical framework, this study adopts the ethnographic research method to conduct qualitative data obtained from in-depth interviews and six published interview videos. Analysis to explore the values and beliefs behind the third generation. The research results not only draw a complete historical chronology of the Lin wu Iron Factory, but also explore six important cultural values: (1) Aesthetic value: beautiful sounding gongs and customized decorative patterns (2) Spiritual value: inheritance The craftsmanship of gong craftsmanship (3) Social value: From traditional cultural activities to international performances (4) Historical value: Every business transformation reflects Taiwan's contemporary historical background (5) Symbolic value: Lin Wu is the highest gong Symbol of quality (6) True value: irreplaceable is the true value of Linwu Iron Factory.
