從符號學角度探討心理諮商牌卡之圖像表現形式分析

心理諮商牌卡和傳統口語對話的心理諮商不同，牌卡能夠引起不同年齡層探索自我的興趣，提供在諮商時一個溝通橋樑，透過牌卡圖像能夠較容易地促使個案連結情緒和事件經驗，擴大思考的可能性。而現今牌卡雖有逐漸增多的趨勢，但流於坊間的牌卡大多沒有設計根據，其牌卡引發聯想和自我探索的功能薄弱，淪為較偏向娛樂性質的桌遊。因此研究期望探討心理諮商牌卡的種類與其功能，並透過探討符號學，分析心理諮商牌卡的圖像表現形式，助於提供諮商牌卡的圖像設計建議。經由研究發現四項結論：一、心理諮商牌卡設計必須產生自由聯想作用；二、圖像會因為個人生活經歷不同產生不同解讀意義；三、兩種以上符號圖像組合會產生出不同於單一符號圖像的解讀意義；四、心理諮商牌卡設計必須考量使用者的文化脈絡認知及聯想自由度。

Unlike traditional verbal counseling, the cards can arouse the interest of different age groups in self-exploration and provide a bridge of communication during the counseling session. Nowadays, although the number of cards is gradually increasing, most of the cards in the marketplace are not based on design, and their function of evoking associations and self-exploration is weak, and they have degenerated into board games that are more entertainment-oriented. Therefore, the study aims to investigate the types of psychological consultation cards and their functions, and to analyze the graphic expressions of psychological consultation cards by exploring the symbolism, which will help to provide suggestions for the graphic design of consultation cards. The study found four conclusions: First, psychological counseling card design must produce free association; second, the image will have different interpretations depending on the individual's life experience; third, the combination of two or more symbolic images will produce different interpretations than a single symbolic image; fourth, psychological counseling card design must take into account the user's cultural context awareness and freedom of association.
