鋪面雷射掃描儀應用於鋪面績效分析

摘要


鋪面管理系統為評估鋪面狀況、預測未來養護需求以及妥善分配有限資源所不可或缺之工具。而為使鋪面管理系統能發揮作用,進而提昇路網層級鋪面績效,快速且及時取得正確鋪面狀況資訊之能力則為重要關鍵。 基於了解不同檢測軌跡線之平坦度代表性、改良過往車轍檢測技術與能力、及孔蓋偵測功能開發之目的,本研究採用雷射雷達技術之鋪面雷射掃描儀(Pavement Profile Scanner, PPS)進行相關數據搜集。首先透過PPS參考用驗證平臺及精密塊規確認PPS檢測數據重現性與準確性。檢測結果顯示,PPS之數據重現性與準確性符合儀器所列規格與CNS 15371中位移感測器之校正標準。接著再以visual c#程式語言及visual studio 2010為開發工具,依據鋪面雷射掃描儀(PPS)之雷射雷達檢測特性,針對單一車道全斷面縱向平坦度、車轍與孔蓋自動化辨識與分析功能進行軟體程式開發。 完成軟體開發後,接著於特定路段上透過與臺大慣性剖面儀同步檢測數據搜集與比對後,證實PPS平坦度分析之高度準確性;另一方面,於選定之路段上透過PPS及直規進行車轍檢測,數據比對結果顯示PPS車轍分析軟體於區段平均車轍深度計算與等級判定上,具有高度數據重現性與準確性;最後透過實測孔蓋數據搜集與比較後證實,本研究所開發之PPS孔蓋自動化偵測軟體均可正確偵測檢測路段上之孔蓋數量、位置、形狀、尺寸及其與周邊鋪面之高差。

Pavement Management System is an essential tool for analyzing the pavement condition, forecasting future maintenance needs, and allocating the limited budget for roadway network. As for making the pavement management system works and improving the network performance, it is important to rapidly attain the real-time and correct pavement condition data. To understand the representativeness of pavement roughness among different wheel path, improve the rutting measuring techniques and develop the manhole cover detecting function, this paper utilized the laser radar equipment Pavement Profile Scanner (PPS) for data collection. Firstly, researcher confirmed the reproducibility and accuracy of PPS by gauge blocks and specific reference beam. The measuring outcome showed that the reproducibility and accuracy of PPS satisfy the PPS specification and demand of displacement transducer in CNS 15371. Then, according to the characteristic of laser radar for PPS, this paper applied the visual c# and visual studio 2010 to develop the software program of full-lane roughness analysis, rutting analysis and algorithm of automatic manhole cover detecting. Sample data collected from both PPS and NTU inertial profiler at the same time were analyzed and confirmed a high accuracy of roughness analysis comparison. On the other hand, PPS and straightedge were used to measure the rutting of selected test sections. The data comparing outcome showed that there are high reproducibility and accuracy of PPS rutting analysis software in terms of average rutting depth and rutting severity level. At last, after developing the algorithm of manhole cover identification, several features, such as quantity, position, shape, size, and elevation difference with surrounding pavement of manhole cover can be accurately analyzed by PPS automatic detecting function.
