應用鋪面快速高程檢測資料於抗滑能力評估之初擬

A Study on Application of Rapid Measurement of Pavement Elevation to Skid Resistance

摘要


鋪面的抗滑能力直接影響運具行駛之安全,因此監控鋪面抗滑能力的工作顯得十分重要。鋪面抗滑能力為鋪面阻止運具向前滑行的能力,其物理意義為鋪面和運具間之摩擦力,而影響鋪面摩擦力的主要因素為鋪面紋理。過去多使用定點式的抗滑檢測儀器及紋理檢測儀器進行相關研究,實際應用上較無法反應全段道路之抗滑能力。本研究選用拖曳式抗滑檢測儀器Grip Tester及鋪面雷射掃描儀(Pavement Profile Scanner, PPS)做為實驗儀器,並研擬紋理高程指標,以區辨鋪面抗滑能力之優劣。 本研究於現地四個路段進行抗滑及紋理高程檢測,得知不同鋪面下之紋理高程與GN抗滑值。將紋理高程參考ISO 25718-2三維紋理高度分析方法計算得到『類高度參數』,並參考過去研究另自行發展『平均高程差異值』,並將兩參數與抗滑值進行相關性分析。結果發現抗滑值與參數值變化有部分相同的趨勢,但難以直接建立關係。按累積曲線統計比較後,發現『平均高程差異值』較能夠有效區辨路段抗滑能力,並透過敏感度測試後選定以平均高程差異值0.37做為區辨抗滑能力優劣之門檻。 將檢測路段按照一般公路資產的需求,以每100公尺切分成27個區段,並以平均高程差異值0.37進行抗滑能力篩檢,結果包含23個正確篩選,剩餘4個錯誤篩選中又包含三個以紋理判斷為抗滑能力不足、但實際抗滑能力足夠的保守判斷,正確率為83%,整體結果堪稱良好。

To evaluate the skid resistance of pavement is very important for it directly affect traffic safety. Skid resistance is mainly determined by the texture of the pavement surface. In the past, relative researches were mostly spot measurements performed using skid resistance tester or texture measuring meter. In practice, such researches cannot effectively reflect the resistance ability of a whole section of a road. This paper uses Grip Tester and Pavement Profile Scanner, PPS as measuring meters to conduct researches in an attempt to develop texture index determining the quality of skid resistance of pavements. From field measuring four sections of road, we obtained different texture indexes and grip numbers of each pavement sections, and by referring to 3D texture height analysis and we then use these texture indexes to calculate para texture height parameter. Meanwhile, referring past researches we also developed another set of parameters “the average height differences”. The result shows resistance value has little relation to the parameters although they share similar trend. Comparing by cumulative curve statics, we found “the average height differences” are more effective in evaluating skid resistance of road sections. Through sensitivity test, an average height difference of 0.37 was picked as the threshold for quality skid resistance. The measuring samples of 27 segments of 100 meter, all are screened against 0.37 average height difference. 23 of these are selected. Of the remaining 4 segments 3 are of poor skid resistance caused by texture defects. Hence a result of an accuracy of 83% is obtained in this research.
