台商南進之區位選擇及發展策略之研究 -以東協四國為例

摘要


全球化的浪潮沖淡了國際與國內市場的界線,企業為了因應全球經濟共同體的趨勢,及面對台灣產業環境的驟變,必須慎思其在全球競爭壓力中如何保有競爭優勢,顯然國際化已成為台灣企業提高其全球競爭力,競逐世界舞台的第一步。 因著東協的腳步加快,與大陸商業貿易連結緊密的台灣,對於了解東協與大陸的經濟整合已是刻不容緩。展望未來,東亞區域整合所造成的影響將會再逐漸擴大,整個區域的經濟合作,將會呈大幅度的地理性擴增,而這對於台灣的經濟將會有很深遠的影響。 到海外投資發展實為促進企業存續發展之重要選項,而企業之投資經營模式、企業體質、文化之思考,則攸關此後能否在投資地紮根成長茁壯之關鍵。因此,本研究旨在了解東協市場的經濟環境及產業發展狀況,針對目標國家的整體社經環境做初步分析,以協助台商企業了解東協各國整體投資環境,作為台商投資策略之參考,進而提高企業持續性的競爭優勢。

Globalization dilutes the boundaries of international and domestic markets, enterprises in order to response to the global economic community trends and sudden changes in the face of Taiwan's industrial environment, you must carefully consider its global competitive pressures, how to maintain a competitive advantage, internationalization has become evident Taiwanese enterprises to improve their global competitiveness, the first step to compete on the world stage. By accelerating the pace of ASEAN, closely linked with the mainland commercial trade in Taiwan, for the understanding of ASEAN economic integration with the mainland is imperative. Looking ahead, the East Asian regional integration impact will then gradually expand economic cooperation throughout the region, will show a significant geographic expansion, which for Taiwan's economy will have a profound effect. To invest overseas to promote enterprise development is indeed important to the development of options for survival, while corporate investment business model, corporate constitution, cultural thinking, the ability to stake since taken root in the investment the key to grow and prosper. Therefore, this study aims to understand the economic environment in the ASEAN market and industry conditions, targeted the country's overall socio-economic environment as a preliminary analysis to help Taiwan enterprises to understand the overall investment environment in ASEAN countries as a reference for Taiwan investment strategy thus improving sustainable competitive advantage.
