增程式複合動力機車之動力系統規格匹配暨硬體在環測試驗證與系統應用探討

摘要


本研究旨在探討增程式系統應用於不同機車車種間之影響,藉由經硬體在環測試驗證後數學模型為基礎,結合動力系統元件各項參數,探討增程式複合動力系統於不同車種及面相開發之效益。本研究首先配合產學合作計畫以125 c.c.級距車種開發,使用Matlab Simulink建立增程式複合動力機車匹配模型及逆向式車輛模型,根據匹配模型歸納出一規格區間包絡線,配合市面上現有產品,挑選出各動力系統確切規格;接著使用此規格配合車輛模型模擬機車於各種工況下之能耗反應,以及進行增程式系統硬體在環測試,將兩者結果比較驗證並修正模型,確保模型合理與正確性。最後藉由驗證過之模型為基礎,針對機車之空間、重量、成本與碳排放四項參數,探討增程式複合動力系統應用於各機車車種間開發之影響,本研究最終提供機車不同面向探討方式及規格配置流程,使欲開發或研究增程式系統者針對不同面相及車種快速地進行開發。

The purpose of this thesis is to identify and discover the application of the range-extended system on different types of two-wheeled vehicles. Based on the verified mathematical model through Hardware-in-the-Loop (HiL) Test, this research combines the parameters of the range-extended system components in order to explore the application of the system on different types of vehicles and aspects of the effects. This research first originated from an industry-academia collaboration project, which aimed to develop a class interval of 125 c.c. scooter. This thesis selects the proper specifications for each powertrain subsystem from the market, based on the specification envelope which is established by range-extended system matching models, then used the proper specifications to simulate the energy consumption of the scooter by wheel-to-powertrain models. Both models are established with Matlab Simulink and conducted the HiL test within the order to verify the models. Finally, based on the verified models, this thesis discusses the four target aspects of two-wheeled vehicles, which are space, weight, cost, and carbon emissions, considering the application of different ranges of two-wheeled vehicles. The major contribution of this thesis is to provide a way to explore different aspects of two-wheeled vehicles and the specification matching process, so that those who are eager to develop or conduct research on the range-extended system can quickly go through the development for different types and aspects of vehicles.
