科技法律事務所國際聯盟合作平台關鍵成功因素探討 —以A智慧平臺為例

摘要


科技法律事務所國際聯盟是一個營運平臺,平臺中的所有海外事務所以國際合作與策略聯盟的方式組合而成。本研究對律師事務所應用大數據分析的發展情況以及聯盟合作進行文獻調查,且採訪談調查法進行分析,以探究科技法律事務所國際聯盟關鍵成功因素、失敗因素。平台期望對企業研發方向及申請專利的方向,找到一種更加節省成本的方式;平台更希望透過強化國際聯盟的合作,達到透過平臺行銷中小型法律事務所的目的。 本研究認為平臺的失敗因素包括內部四個因素:操作複雜、直觀性不強;介面設計偏重專業人士;人手不足;錯估成本與定價、內部意見不一。以及外部兩個因素:缺乏國際化思維;開發程度有欠缺。而平臺的成功因素應包括:事先議定聯盟爭議處理辦法。聯盟間能夠對內部資源進行整合,避免浪費。聯盟內合作夥伴之間文化差異最大程度的融合,以及合作夥伴之間配適程度高、信任度高。聯盟的任務與管理技巧的合理分配。

The International Union of Science and Technology Law Firms is an operational platform in which all overseas firms in the platform are combined in the form of international cooperation and strategic alliances. This study conducts a literature survey on the development of big data analysis and alliance cooperation in law firms, and interviews the survey method to analyze the key success factors and failure factors of the International Union of Science and Technology Law Firms. The platform expects to find a more cost-effective way for the company's research and development direction and patent application direction; the platform hopes to achieve the purpose of marketing small and medium-sized law firms through the platform through strengthening the cooperation of the international alliance. This study believes that the failure factors of the platform include four internal factors: the operation is complex and the intuitiveness is not strong; the interface design is biased towards professionals; the manpower is insufficient; the miscalculated cost and pricing, and internal opinions are different. And two external factors: lack of international thinking; lack of development. The success factors of the platform should include: pre-agreed alliance dispute handling methods. Alliances can integrate internal resources to avoid waste. The greatest degree of cultural differences between partners within the alliance, as well as the high degree of compatibility and trust between partners. A reasonable allocation of the mission and management skills of the Alliance.
