摘要


近年來科技日新月異極速發展,多媒體在數量上的急遽增加,造成了數位內容的管理與保護越來越困難,對企業而言,每一家公司都發展專屬的智慧財產權管理與保護系統固然十分有效安全,但是每一家都發展自己的系統,無形中浪費人力資源在重複的工作,目前我們利用現有的標準,定義出一個共同的介面,按照這介面,企業可以發展自己獨有的智慧財產權保護工具和機制,但是卻不會和其他家公司產品有不相容的問題。 這裡我們提出並且實做一個與MPEG-4 IPMP相容之數位智財權管理與保護系統,它有一個網頁伺服器企提供給每一個客戶瀏覽所有的數位內容,播放程式也設計的讓一般大眾容易使用。認證中心(Certificate Authority)保存著信用架構和使用者的資料。數位物件識別碼(Digital Object Identifier)被用來辨別不同的數位內容,我們用公開數位智財權語言(Open Digital Rights Language)表示所有的權利方式,用Blowfish加密演算法來保護數位內容,以免沒有授權的內容在網路上散播,而影片浮水印(Video Watermark)防堵了類比訊號盜版(Analog Hole)使得我們的系統更加可靠。實驗中模擬了真實發生在戲院的盜拍情況,並評量我們系統的效能。

In last decades, digital technology has advanced dramatically, and the growing amount of digital content makes managing and protecting the rights of content more and more difficult. Though it is clear that related industries shall develop their own digital rights management systems, performing duplicate jobs in each company is undoubtedly a waste. In this thesis, a common interface between the devices, services and contents is defined according to related standards. Under this interface, industry can develop proprietary digital rights management tools and mechanisms without losing the compatibility. We propose and implement an MPEG-4 Intellectual Property Management and Protection (IPMP) compliant digital rights management system, including a web-based server for the client to request for browsing the digital content by HTTP protocol and a user-friendly rendering application for all the users. The Certificate Authority maintains the trust architecture and user identities. To distinguish different digital contents, Digital Object Identifier (DOI) is utilized. All the available rights expression is described by Open Digital Rights Language (ODRL). Blowfish encryption algorithm is adopted to protect digital contents from unlicensed access and distribution over the Internet, but it also adds little overhead on video decoding. A video watermarking scheme based on content characteristic makes up the “analog hole” and enhances the reliability of our system. Experiments simulating the piracy in the theater are performed and the system performance is evaluated and analyzed.
