自動化結晶系統之設計與開發

摘要


結晶法為化工產業常用的純化量產製程,工廠內的製程指標往往是以人眼視覺進行判斷,判斷標準因人而異。且目前在臺灣已經漸漸出現技術傳承上的斷層,因此工業結晶產業面臨轉型。本研究基於恆溫結晶法與工業結晶製程,開發出一套非侵入式自動化味精結晶系統。透過影像特徵將視覺判斷進行量化,並利用結晶罐外部架設的影像感測器與超音波感測器,針對結晶過程中的過飽和度、晶體、系統狀態進行分析與判斷。論文內容包含 : 系統設計、控制與晶體辨識程式、系統測試與結晶實驗。系統可自動化完成結晶,在適當的參數下產出的晶體之平均晶體長度可以達到8.25±1.59毫米,且晶體表面無雜質堆積。利用此系統對結晶過程中的過飽和度進行控制,在不同情況下皆可有效地將過飽和度變化控制在一定區間內。對此系統之晶體辨識與平均晶體尺寸計算功能進行測試,可在非侵入式的前提下對平均晶體尺寸進行量測,且在特定條件下量測誤差可控制在一定範圍,並能利用此系統即時監測晶體的溶解狀況,可證明此系統之量測具有一定的正確性。

The crystallization method is a purification mass production process commonly used in the chemical industry. The process indicators in the factory are often judged by experiential technicians through human vision, and the judgment standards depend on individual experience. Moreover, a gap in inheriting the experience is gradually increasing in Taiwan , thus the crystallization industry is facing automation. Based on the constant temperature crystallization method and industrial crystallization process, this research developed a non-intrusive automatic crystallization system. In this system, the visual judgment was quantified through optical image characteristics, the real-time iamge sensor and ultrasonic sensor are used to analysis the supersaturation, crystal, and system status during the crystallization process. Through a feedback control method, the degree of supersaturation during the crystallization process can be controlled within a certain level, and the automatic crystallization process of monosodium glutamate can be performed by the proposed system. The average crystal length under appropriate parameters was 8.25±1.59 mm, and no accumulation of impurities on the crystal surface was observed. Furthermore, the crystal identification and average crystal size calculation functions provided non-invasive measurement of average crystal size, which can be used in real-time monitoring of the dissolution status of the crystal.
