中小型台商在中國戰略發展與實施 —組織能力的角色

摘要


DT公司身為一家生產園藝灑水產品的公司,身處於大環境的快速轉變,如何制訂完善戰略選擇已經成為公司持續發展所必須面對的問題。首先,本文通過PEST分析法對DT公司的宏觀環境進行詳細的分析,瞭解了DT公司目前所面臨的政治法律環境、經濟環境、地理環境和技術環境。之後又對公司的發展歷程和經營現狀等內部環境進行了解分析。 經過對公司內部環境的分析後,通過SWOT的戰略分析來制定出公司的多種發展戰略,並對戰略進行評估,幫助公司最終選擇成長型戰略來做為公司未來發展的戰略規劃。 企業要完成既定目標需要有好的戰略,但只有好的戰略是不夠的,還需要有與戰略目標相適應的強有力的組織能力來支持。企業內保持良好的組織能力,將是企業獲得成功的關鍵。要配合創新的經營模式,企業也必須具備獨特的組織能力。這些組織能力包括了企業文化、員工心態及工作流程等各個方面。 本文主要從工作流程、人力資源、信息支持、企業文化和質量管理等五個方面進行研究實施。

DT, as a sprinkler production company, how to set up a complete strategic choice in a rapidly changing environment has become the company's continued development issues that must be faced. Firstly, this article detailed analysis of the DT company's macro environment through PEST analysis and understand what’s the DT company is currently facing. Like political and legal environment, economic environment, geographical and technological environment. Secondly, Analysis DT Company’s internal environment, like development history and current manage situation. After analysis internal environment, then through SWOT analysis of the company to develop a variety of development strategies, and evaluate strategies to help company chose growth plan strategic for the company's future development strategy. Enterprises need to accomplish established goals with a good strategy, but only have good strategy is not enough, also need to have strong organizational capacity that can support strategic goals. Good organizational capacity within the company will be the key to business success. To meet innovative business model, company must have a unique organizational capabilities. These capabilities include all aspects of corporate culture, employee attitude and work processes. This paper studies from five aspects, work process、human resources、information support、corporate culture and quality management.
