研發創新對中小企業影響之研究

摘要


本研究探討不同企業背景的中小企業在經過研發活動後對其技術突破積極度的影響。中小企業缺乏資金,因此必須將錢花在刀口上,本研究的目的為提供中小企業如何擬定研發活動策略的建議。本研究與經濟部工業局協助傳統產業技術開發計畫合作,進行問卷分析。本研究將企業背景分為企業規模、研發重視度、研發導向,使用廣義線性模型做迴歸分析。研究結果顯示,企業規模對於創新的類型的影響不顯著,研發重視度與研發導向對於創新的類型的影響顯著。研發重視度高,則創新的類型越進取;研發導向屬於市場導向,則創新的類型越進取。最後以比例方式呈現迴歸預測模型,此結果提供有意願從事研發活動的中小企業一個參考,此外也提供政府機關在做研發補助時的依據。

This study discusses the different background of small and medium enterprise would influence the type of innovation after doing research and development. small and medium enterprise lack for funds, having to spend money in a worthy way. The purpose of this study is that provides a suggestion on how to develop an effective strategy of doing research and development. This study cooperated with Conventional Industry Technology Development, Industrial Development Bureau, MOEA to analyze questionnaire. This study divides the background of small and medium enterprise in three variables, Enterprise scale, Value degree of RD, and RD orientation, using Generalized linear model to do the regression analysis. The research result shows that the influence of Enterprise-scale is not significant, while the influences of the type of innovation of RD and RD orientation are significance. High-Value degree of RD would cause progressive type of innovation. On the other hand, the market orientation would cause progressive type of innovation. Finally, Regression prediction model is displayed by proportion, providing small and medium enterprise which are willing to do RD a reference. Furthermore, the result of this study could be the standard for the execution of government’s RD subsidy.
