營建產業在生命週期各個階段所需整合應用的知識繁多,因此如何有效累積與再用知識成為影響營建專案績效的重要因子。然而,營建產業在過去的知識管理應用中顯現出兩個主要的問題:(1)沒有系統化的知識管理導入方法、以及(2)無法有效帶動組織的知識流。本研究以解決此一問題為出發點,提出一個以知識流程為核心的知識管理運作模型:營建流程導向知識管理模型。本研究以大規模的產業調查與深入訪談以及流程導向知識管理的概念為基礎,加以專家座談進行修正,以發展適用於營建產業特性與有效解決知識管理應用問題之知識管理模型。本研究主要研究程序包含三個階段:(1)營建流程導向知識管理模型之建立、(2)以本體論為基礎的知識萃取再用模型之建立、以及(3)個案導入與驗證。透過個案實證,本研究案例研究的結果顯示:(1)營建流程導向知識管理模型能協助營建產業有系統化的導入知識管理、(2)透過特定知識流程的建立,使營建產業知識管理能夠更有效的運作、以及(3)知識萃取與再用模型的導入,此一模型能有效協助營建組織建立內部知識流的完整性,進而促進營建知識的有效累積與再用。
The process knowledge assets make a substantial contribution to the project management for the construction industry. To effectively reuse these assets, knowledge management becomes a significant research area. However, there are two major Construction Knowledge Management (CKM) application problems in Taiwan’s construction industry: (1) non-uniform level of KM implementation, and (2) incomplete knowledge flow. To address this issue, this study proposes a modified construction knowledge management application model –Construction Process Oriented Knowledge Management (CPOKM) model. The CPOKM model provides the supports for the development of construction knowledge embedded workflow. Based on the CPOKM model, the study develops the model of ontology-based knowledge extraction and knowledge reuse to facilitate the construction knowledge flow in a specific domain: the ontology-based risk management (ORM) approach. Through the introduction of the factual cases for the validation conduction, this study verifies the CPOKM model and the feasibility of the ORM approach. With the application of the CPOKM model and the ORM approach, the results of this study demonstrate that the process-oriented approach can enable the CKM application and the operation of the construction knowledge flow.
