台灣企業面臨全球化的競爭,許多企業都已經採取跨國化的經營策略,台灣接單、第三地生產出貨,已經是目前多數企業的經營模式。在這跨國的企業經營模式中,如何能夠提高企業競爭力、降低成本,增加營運效率成為台灣企業重要的一個課題,企業藉由導入ERP企業資源規劃系統來整合跨部門、跨國組織及強化各部門功能已成為重要的趨勢,然而ERP導入的失敗率居高不下,因此有不少企業仍對ERP系統導入存有恐懼感。 本研究利用個案分析,藉由個案中的公司在導入ERP時發生阻礙的問題點關鍵因素之研究,希望將研究結論與建議,提供導入ERP系統在階段性之成功關鍵因素與因應做法做為參考。
Taiwan enterprises faced globalize competition for a long time. Many enterprises have already adopted multinational business strategies. Receiving orders from Taiwan office and shipping from the third country has current business model of most Taiwan enterprises. It’s a critical issue for the multinational enterprises to improve competitiveness, cut cost and enhance operation effectiveness. It’s an important trend that enterprises implement ERP (enterprise resource planning) system to integrate cross function, cross organization, and empower department function. However, the failure rate remains so high that many enterprises concern on ERP implementation. The purpose of this study is to analyze critical factors of main problems during ERP implementation process by case study analysis. The conclusion and suggestion of the study could provide the key successful factors and corresponding proposals of ERP implementation.
