綠色供應鏈管理資訊系統導入問題分析與探討-以A公司為例

摘要


過去人類為享受高品質的物質生活,肆無忌憚的開採各種天然資源,在使用過後也未加以回收及珍惜,大自然在慘遭長年累積下來的工業環境污染程石油能源耗盡等傷害後,萬物大地再也無法承受起如此的折磨,而開始進行反撲,近年來不斷發生的風災、雨災、雪災、乾旱及空氣污染,都比以往來的劇烈,長久下來人類所賴以為生的地球已失去以往的光彩,再也不能保護萬物大地。 在歐盟相繼公告RoHS (2002/95/EC)、WEEE (2002/96/EC)及EuP (2005/32/EC)等三大環保指令及實施後,引發產業界對電子電機產品在生命週期過程中產生危害人類及大自然的有害物質有了極大的回應及重視,在綠色零件採購、綠色製程及回收廢電機電子產品等,都進行了相關管理措施,並取得IECQ QC080000等環保認證,以綠色產品取得客戶的信賴。 本研究採取個案研究的方式進行,個案公司為主機板代工大廠,主要業務範疇在OEM/ODM等客戶,也因此國際品牌大廠勢必會將環保成本轉嫁到中心廠身上,在主機板代工利潤極為薄弱的產業競爭下,不能容許再有過多的成本產生。 鑒於以上產業情況,希望了解企業在導入綠色供應鏈資訊系統所面臨的困難及挑戰,並進行問題的分析與探討,以期尋找出以資訊系統降低綠色供應鏈成本的解決方案,也提供未來進行相關研究的參考資料。 本研究歸納以下結論: 1. 影響綠色供應鏈資訊系統導入之關鍵因素有供應商、環保法規、客戶、資訊系統及中心廠等五大問題。 2. 對即將要導入綠色供應鏈資訊系統之企業,建議在規劃系統時要考慮以下幾點,作業流程及權責要劃分清楚、企業流程要保持在PDM系統上、提前進行零件發佈作業、整合單一介面。

In the past, in order to enjoy the high quality material life, Human exploited various natural resources with wanton, neither be recovered nor treasured. After been damaged by long cumulative industrial pollution and oil energy depletion, Nature unable to bear the torture from the case and begin strike back. In recent years the continued occurrence of the storm, rain disasters, snowstorms, drought and air pollution are more fierce than ever before. Earth has lost its past glory and no longer be able to protect our Nature being. After European Union noticed and implemented three major environmental directives including RoHS (2002/95/EC), WEEE (2002/96/EC) and EuP (2005/32/EC) etc. Triggered great response and attention relate to produce against humanity and nature of hazardous substances in the course of the life cycle of industry of Electrical and Electronics Products. In the green parts procurement, green manufacturing and recycling waste electrical and other electronic products have carried out relevant measures and achieved IECQ QC080000 environmental protection certification to achieve customer trust by Green products. This research takes the form of case study. Case company is motherboard OEM manufacturer. The main business areas in the OEM / ODM customers and so on, international brand manufacturers will pass on environmental cost to the central plant. Therefore, it cannot be allowed to have excessive costs in the extremely weak profits of competitiveness motherboard OEM industrial. In view of the above industries, expected understand the difficulties and challenges facing by enterprises to develop the green supply chain information system, and carry out the analysis and discussion. Expect finding an information system to reduce the cost of green supply chain solutions, also provide future related study of reference materials. This study make the following conclusions: 1. The key factors of developing green supply chain information systems are suppliers、Environmental Regulations、customers、information system and enpterprise. 2. Provide several recommendations to the enterprises that will develop Green supply chain information systems in the future:make a clear distinction on work flow and responsibilities、make sure business flow based on PDM system、proceed to announced vendor beforehand and integrate all green systems into single user interface.
