本文在於發展出一可攜式生化感測器,目標是開發出體積小、重量輕、容易操作的多功能感測器。為了方便使用,感測器內建無線傳輸的功能,能讓使用者將量測的到數據方便傳回電腦。並以Visual Basic設計了一簡易電腦視窗接收介面,資料傳入資料庫後未來可作更深入的分析。感測器核心為單晶片微處理機,可程式化的特性讓感測器的應用更具彈性。 感測器目前設定應用為血糖之量測,電位差設定為300 mV,感測器並會自動偵測血糖是否已滴上電極表面,再以簡短的時間量測並顯示結果,以達到快速檢測的目的及人性化的操作。針對不同物質的量測需要有不同的感測電壓,然而本感測器可改變輸出的電位,其數位至類比轉換之電壓輸出經由韌體設定後,可由操作者決定輸出電壓之值,其最大輸出範圍在±1 V間,解析度達1 mV。 使用葡萄糖標準品及血糖酵素電極測試分析後,其量測到的電流反應與濃度的關係,呈現良好的線性關係,且與電化學實驗的大型分析儀比對的結果十分接近。此感測器的成品體積約為手掌大小,應有利於使用者之攜帶。
This research is to develop a portable biochemical signal detector which should be lightweight, compact size, ease of use, and multiple functions. The built-in wireless function is for convenient. The measured data could efficiently send back to the database for further analysis. A user interface, developed under the Visual Basic, is developed for data collection. The kernel of the device is a programmable microcontroller. Such an architecture features with great flexibility. For glucose measurement, the output potential must be set at 300 mV, and the device will automatically detect whether the glucose has been dropped on the electrodes to attain the goals of fast detection and user friendly. According to different applications, different potential should be apply to the sensing electrode. Furthermore, the output potential can be changed by the user after programming the microcontroller with adequate firmware. The output potential swing is ±1 V with 1 mV resolution. The results, obtained from electrodes with GOD( glucose oxidase ) on its surface and glucose solutions of standard concentrations show that the output current of this device can precisely represent the glucose concentration. While compared with a benchtop electrochemical analyzer, this device shows excellent linearity. The finished prototype is very compact, about the same size as a paw of a human being, and is suitable for portable use.
