摘要


本篇論文主要描述國立台灣大學醫學院附設醫院目前急診醫療資訊系統開發的架構與狀況,並且使用無線射頻辨識系統配合做網頁自動登入。這個系統是採用以服務導向為架構,它包含了健康資訊交換第七層協定相關的網路服務。這樣的網路服務讓醫療資訊交換系統更加富有彈性,此外也增加了急診人員的作業速度,使其能在便利的環境下對病患做更專業的照護。

This thesis describes the National Taiwan University Hospital emergency medical information system currently undergoing development, with particular reference to the use of radio frequency identification systems (RFID) and its associated automated login page. The system is used for a service-oriented architecture (SOA), inclusive of an HL7Central Web Service. This network service enables greater flexibility in the exchange of medical information systems, in addition to an increase in the operating speed of the emergency personnel, thereby facilitating a more professional environment for patient care.
