台灣TFT LCD產業國產設備製造商關鍵成功因素之研究

摘要


全球TFT LCD製造中心主要聚落於東亞地區,包括日本、南韓、台灣,以及後來才加入賽局的中國。近年來台灣TFT LCD產業在企業及政府共同努力發展之下,產能與全球市佔率已大幅躍升成為世界第一,與主要競爭對手南韓處於高度激烈競爭的階段,不過就在台灣TFT LCD產值屢創新高的同時,設備與零組件方面的需求也持續增加,其龐大的資本支出十分驚人,而其中倚賴進口的比例卻高達9成以上,如此一來,將削減台灣廠商於採購談判時的議價能力,在新世代基板開發的同時,也不容易於第一時間獲得有效的技術服務支援。 本論文首先透過廣泛收集、彙整與分析既有之商業個案、相關市場調查報告、專業期刊、書籍、技術文獻以及電子資料庫線上檢索等,完成次級資料收集與整理,分析整理出TFT LCD國產設備邁向成功需具備之基本特質,如下所示; (1)精密機械業者必須提高研究開發成本與網羅人才投資 (2)精密機械業者必須加強產品品質,以符合TFT LCD面板廠的需求 (3)精密機械業者必須有重量級面板廠的支持,方可生存 (4)精密機械業者必須重新進行上、下游整合,使供應鏈更趨完整 (5)精密機械業者必須充分了解TFT LCD產業環境現況與未來技術趨勢 (6)精密機械業者必須要創造與國際設備大廠合作的機會,以提升技術水準 接下來將以上述質性資料為方向,進一步並透過與專家深度訪談,使資料更趨完整,提列造就國產設備商成功的因素共計6大構面與18項次子項,並以此設計層級分析法(AHP)的問卷共分成三個評估層次,透過專家填寫問卷的方式,實際給予相對比較分數,並依權重排序,列出影響國產設備商成功的六大構面(第二層)分別為: (1)「產品客製化能力」 : 26.6 % (2)「企業品牌」 : 21.5 % (5)「供應商成本領導」 : 17.0 % (3)「服務客製化能力」 : 15.7 % (4)「企業成本領導」 : 11.5 % (6)「精密機械製造技術」 : 7.7 % 顯示TFT LCD國產設備供應商對於「產品客製化能力」與「企業品牌」這兩項都給予了極高的權重,而這兩項考量層面,均與企業本身的產業知識、研發技術與實績認證有著密不可分的關係,之後並針對其個子項進一步探究,我們清楚發掘出TFT LCD國產設備商的關鍵成功因素分別為 (1)產品功能與外型可依客戶要求設計製造 15.16 % (2)取得市場重量級客戶之產品認證 10.66 % (3)客戶製程需求導向之產品分析能力 7.07 % (4)尋找品質優良的關鍵原料與零組件供應商 6.09 % (5)整合新舊產品零組件與耗材使用之通用性 6.06 % (6)尋找價格低廉的關鍵原料與零組件供應商 5.73 %

Global TFT LCDmanufacturing center gathers and falls in east Asia mainly which including Japan, South Korea , Taiwan, and the new comer, mainland China。Taiwanese TFT LCDindustry is under this circumstances that the enterprise and government make joint efforts to develop it hardly in recent years, by doing so ,the entire productivity and market share of Taiwanese TFT LCDindustry has became to the first in the world which was competed with the main rival, South Korea.but while Taiwanese TFT LCDindustry repeatly hitting the new peak accordingly,the practical necessary of process equipment has also increased more as well as the key components The huge expenditure is very surprising, among them rely on the proportion of import up to more than ninety percent, thus, this condition will cut down the ability of price negociation of Taiwanese TFT LCDmanufacturer once them intend to purchase some process equipment from the foreign tool maker.In addition,when the technology of new generation move ahead that the Taiwanese TFT LCDmaker will difficult to get the effective cooperation and completed service support in some critical issues. This thesis, through collecting extensively at first, kets that have already whole with analysing commercial case, survey report, specialized periodical, books, technical literature and electronic database online information retrieval on relevant markets ,etc., finish the secondary reference to collect and put in order, and through carrying on with the expert in the course of depth interview, we double confirm those data of above and then further come out some qualitative data of key success factor in Tawanes TFT LCDmachine maker and the key point of view as showing as down below (1)Precision machinery industry player must raise and study the development cost and enlists talents to invest in. (2) Precision machinery industry player must strengthen the quality of their products, in order to accord the high quality requirement from TFT LCDcustomer. (3) Precision machinery industry player must get the endorsement from an global TFT LCDmaker. (4) Precision machinery industry player must integrate the value chain of Taiwan TFT LCDequipment market. (5) Precision machinery industry player must fully understand the present condition of TFT LCDindustry's environmental and technological trend of future Next ,we based on the above-mentioned materials to design an analytic approach of AHP Questionnaire, it adds up to 18 items to propose and arrange and bring up TFT LCDfactor that a local tool maker succeeds, and fill in the way of the questionnaire through the expert, try to get the weight among every level criterion, remit and exactly appear to bring up trader six successful TFT LCDlocal tool maker and construct the face greatly, its weight is arranged in the following: (1) The ability of product customization : 26.6 % (2) Enterprise's brand awareness : 21.5 % (3) The cost oriented of the supplier : 17.0 % (4) The ability of service customization : 15.7 % (5) The cost oriented of the organization : 11.5 % (6) The manufacturing technology of precision machinery player: 7.7 % The results of above shows that 「The ability of product customization」and 「Enterprise's brand awareness」these two factors acquires high weight extremely, and these two items of doing in the test amount aspects, there are dense integral relations with enterprise's own industry knowledge, researching and developing technology and actual achievement authentications, after probing into its subitem further, we are very clearly to explore out some key successful factor of Tawanese equipment maker in TFT LCDindustry. (1)The function of the products and appearance can be designed and made in accordance with customer's demand (15.16 %) (2)Obtain the products authentication of key TFT LCDmanufacturer(10.66 %) (3)The capacity of issue analysis in TFT LCDprocess (7.07 %) (4)Seeking the best supplier of key raw materials in quality oriented (6.09 %) (5)Combine the commonability that the key componet of old or an new one (6.06 %) (6)Look for cheap key raw materials and spare part supplier(5.73 %)
