從商業生態系統觀點探討社會企業之發展-以里仁公司為例

摘要


近年來,社會企業與社會創業精神在全球蔚為風潮,不但改變了企業與非營利組織的思維,也扭轉了政府的公共政策。社會企業在國際間已被證明是可成功且永續經營的商業模式,許多的成功創業家也開始反思,利用他們的財富和影響力,成立公益創投或投資於公益組織,運用在社會問題的改善上。 商業生態系統是一群相互聯結,共同創造價值與分享價值的企業之結合,生態系統的健康有助於企業的永續發展。本研究即以商業生態系統健康運作機制觀點的角度作為出發點,以探索性個案研究方式,探討里仁這樣複合型組織模式架構如何分工合作,利用其客戶基礎,發揮生態系統閉環作用,順利推動各項業務活動。 個案公司里仁是台灣最大有機產品通路商,是一家從事有機輔導、生態保育、食農教育、生命成長與心靈提升方面等理念推廣之基金會組織型式的社會企業團體,旗下還有有機驗證和物流配送公司。透過觀察分析里仁如何發揮平台整合多元資源作用,為系統成員解決問題,緊密夥伴關係,建立信任基礎。除此之外,本研究同時討論個案公司的經營模式與運作機制是否符合關鍵領導者核心角色功能,以此做為觀察重點,逐一分析比對,並加以整理歸納。 透過觀察和分析個案公司扮演關鍵領導者角色之利他精神價值主張,本研究發現商業生態系統概念可作為社會企業長期策略基礎與策略性思考重點,以創造健康可持續發展的生態系統。同時,據此提出研究結果及相關建議,以供後續研究者及實務界參考

In recent years, the social enterprise and social entrepreneurial spirit in the global wave, not only changed the business and non-profit organization thinking, but also reversed the government's public policy. Social enterprises have proven to be successful and sustainable business models in the world. Many successful entrepreneurs have also begun to reflect on their wealth and influence, set up public venture or invest in public welfare organizations, and use them in the improvement on social problems. Business ecosystem is a combination of a group of enterprises that create value and share value, and the health of ecosystems contributes to the sustainable development of enterprises. This study takes the perspective of business ecosystem, by using explorative case study method, explores how the cooperative organization model structure of Leezen influences its business activities. Leezen is the largest organic products distributor in Taiwan. It is a company engaged in organic counseling, ecological conservation, food education, life and spiritual growth and other aspects of the concept of promotion, the foundation of the organization of the type of social enterprise groups. It also owns organic verification and logistics distribution company. Through the observation and analysis of how Leezen plays as a platform to integrate diversified resources for the system members to solve the problem, build relationships, and create a trust foundation. In addition, this article also discusses how the case company's business model and operational mechanism are consistent with the key role of leadership. The finding is summarized by analysis and comparison. By analyzing the value proposition of the case firm, this study found that the concept of business ecosystem can be used as a long-term strategic basis and strategic thinking focus for social enterprises to create healthy and sustainable ecosystems. Moreover, this study provides implication for follow-up researchers and practitioners.
