氣動馬達的適應控制

摘要


本論文主要目的在於利用數位訊號處理器的技術將氣動馬達系統的轉速透過控制器追縱吾人所要求的氣動馬達轉速。為了能夠精確地追縱訊號,本研究先進行氣動馬達的動態系統識別然而系統識別的結果顯示系統參數在不同實驗條件下均有所不同,這促使吾人決定採用適應控制器。本研究確實地達成在不知道系統參數的狀況下,改善了馬達追蹤響應的速度。

The main purpose of the present research is to control the rotational speed of the air motor to track the speed we need by using DSP(digital signal processor) technology. In order to track the signal accurately ,we first perform the system identification. However, the experiments show that system parameters vary under different experiment conditions. This result suggests that one should use adaptive control to cope with different experiment conditions. The experiments of model reference adaptive control show that the adaptive control can effectively improve the system performance without knowing the system parameters.
