印刷電路板產業經營策略之研究

全球的印刷電路板（Printed Circuit Board)年產值，在2018年，已經來到美金691億元。而在台灣、中國、日本、韓國、美國與歐洲等主要國家中，台資廠商的印刷電路板產值占全球產值的百分之三十一點三，排名全球第一。隨著第五代行動通訊系統、萬物聯網商機的爆發與產品多樣化的市場趨勢，印刷電路板產業同時面臨中資印刷電路板廠商市佔率持續擴大的競爭態勢、高漲的勞工成本與中美貿易戰火等不確定性。本研究藉由探討全球印刷電路板產業概況、全球印刷電路板產品主要應用與未來發展趨勢，同時進行總體經濟趨勢分析與全球印刷電路板產業之區域分析、市佔率分析與產業分析，檢視台灣印刷電路板個案公司在全球價值鏈所處位置，提出如何進行組織改造航向藍海、重新定義市場、重建市場邊界與提升企業價值之策略參考。

The annual output value of the Global Printed Circuit Board has reached US$69.1 billion in 2018. In major countries such as Taiwan, China, Japan, South Korea, the United States and Europe, the output value of printed circuit boards of Taiwan-funded manufacturers accounted for 31.3% of the global output value, ranking first in the world. With the outbreak of the fifth-generation mobile communication system and the Internet of Things business opportunities and the market trend of product diversification, the printed circuit board industry is facing the competitive situation of the continued growth of the market share of Chinese-funded printed circuit board manufacturers, high labor costs and China-US Uncertainty such as trade wars. This study explores the global printed circuit board industry overview, the main applications and future development trends of global printed circuit board products, and conducts overall economic trend analysis and regional analysis, market share analysis and industrial analysis of the global printed circuit board industry. We examine the position of Taiwan's printed circuit board Case company in the global value chain, and propose how to carry out organizational transformation, navigation to the blue ocean, redefining the market, rebuilding market boundaries and enhancing corporate value.
