本論文是透過論者實際至高職現場,針對非日語專攻之「餐飲管理科、觀光事業科」的學生進行日語教學後發現自己在日語教學上所碰到的問題點與困難點,檢討後並思考出解決對策作為往後在日語教學上課程內容設計之依據。論文主軸為筆者從第一階段的日語教學至第二階段的教學的成長過程。 第一章為台灣高中職的課綱與中等教育定義、台灣目前高中職的日語教學現況、以及日語教師養成之文獻探討。 第二∼三章為論者實際至高職進行日語教學之過程與記錄,最後針對教學結果之論者本身在教學後所產生的問題點、達成點以及學習者的學習狀況與問題點做出結果分析。 結論為筆者經由第一階段至第三階段的日語教學後的成長過程之總結。可以得知筆者在這兩階段的進步點與仍然需改進的地方。 本論文不僅是筆者為了將來成為日語教師所做的職前教育實習研究,更希望透過本論文能夠幫助到往後也想成為日語教師(特別是想任教餐飲管理科與觀光事業科之日語教師)的準教師,達到有效的教學成效與目標,進而協助餐飲科與觀光科的學生們提升學習力並且學會日文。
The purpose of the study was to assess problems and difficulties after teaching specializing in non-Japanese vocational high school students by actual presented in the teaching scene. In order to inspect and realize the solutions of the teaching strategy for the future. The study was based on writer’s own accomplishment from phase one Japanese-teaching to phase two teaching. Chapter one identified curriculum outline of Taiwan vocational school’s, definition of secondary education, current status of Taiwan’s vocational high school’s teaching scene and Japanese teacher training. Chapter two to chapter three conducted teaching process, and analysis problems and countermeasures for the final result. Conclusion was summary through phase one to phase three. The study carried out progress and insufficiency from each phases. In this study, not only for becoming the pre-practice for future study by Japanese teacher education, but also via the study helping who likely to become Japanese teacher (especially the teacher who want to teach Japanese to Department of Restaurant Management and Department of Tourism Industry). By achieving effective instructions to assist students to enhance learning ability and learn Japanese.
