銀行業對汽車零組件業企業授信業務策略之研究—以台灣地區C銀行為例

摘要


台灣金融產業進入微利時代,在存放款利差逐漸所小的環境下,如何配合產業趨勢,尋找明星產業,並積極發展金融科技,期望透過重點產業與數位金融之結合,以提高利差,達到降低交易成本、提升服務品質,提升整體效益。 本研究以台灣地區C銀行為個案研究對象,採用Lin and Pao (2004)之策略形成分析理論架構,以使命陳述為基礎,探討企業內部的7S模型,產業環境的五力分析模型,及總體環境的PESTEL模型進行檢視,綜合上述模型,進一步分析C銀行競爭策略之形成,最後,藉由推動特定業務「對汽車零組件業企業授信業務擴張」下,檢核C銀行是否適合執行此業務,進而達成其企業使命。

Taiwan's financial industry is having a difficult challenge. Under the environment of less interest rate, how to cooperate with industry trends, find a star industry, and actively develop financial technology. It is hoped that through the combination of key industries and FinTech, the interest spread will be improved. Reduce transaction costs, improve service quality, and improve overall efficiency. This study takes C Bank as a case study. Taking the Strategy Decision-Making Model proposed by Lin and Pao (2004) as the framework and based on the mission statement, using the 7S model to analyze enterprise’s internal environment, using the Five-Force model to discuss the bank’s industrial environment, and using PESTEL model to check the overall environment. As the above models, to further analyze the formation of the C Bank's competitive strategy. Finally, by promoting the expansion of the specific business “credit business for Automotive Components Industry”, then we can verify whether this strategy would be suitable for Bank C and comply with its mission statement.
