中華民國(台灣)外交政策與中美洲國家之多邊框架合作
The Cooperation of the Central American Countries with the Republic of China (Taiwan) in the Multilateral Framework
摘要
中華民國（臺灣）維護其人民福祉的目標與其外交政策密切相關，藉由與國際社會互動，尋求支持該國政府參加聯合國組織及其專門機構，並著重於福利與發展，如世界衛生組織、國際民用航空組織和《聯合國氣候變化框架公約》。 在先前的框架中顯示了兩個重要方面：臺灣需要維護其邦交國，因此，它們的重要性是鼓勵台灣參加不同的國際組織。 在這方面，許多中美洲國家是臺灣的外交盟友，該地區經由將台灣整合到中美洲統合體(SICA)框架，以大力支持臺灣加强參與聯合國；在這方面，此論文將以中美洲國家在聯合國大會和世界衛生組織框架內對臺灣提供支持為研究。

The objective of the Republic of China (Taiwan) to preserve the well-being of its population is closely linked to its foreign policy, for this it is essential to interact with the international community, therefore, that Government seeks support for its participation in the Organization of the United Nations and its specialized agencies focused on well-being and development, such as the World Health Organization, the International Civil Aviation Organization and the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change. The previous framework shows two important aspects: Taiwan's need to preserve its diplomatic allies, and consequently, their importance to encourage their participation in different international organizations. In this regard, many of the Central American countries are diplomatic allies of Taiwan, so the region has fostered relations with Taiwan within the framework of the Central American Integration System (SICA) and has been a significant support for the intensifications of that country to participate in the United Nations system; In this regard, this research will address the support provided by the countries of Central America to the aspirations of Taiwan within the framework of the General Assembly of the United Nations and the World Health Organization.
