日本是亞洲地區國家以自由民主制度基礎下在競技運動領域中發展最好的國家,在全世界亦舉足輕重。日本的體育政策主要是根據 1961年頒佈的「運動振興法」為基礎,於2000年時再根據「運動振興法」制訂了「運動振興基本計畫」做為發展競技運動的基本政策方向。日本目前正在推動與執行的體育政策,實際上是兼顧競技運動,體育和全民休閒運動三大領域的體育運動政策。本研究整理日本競技運動發展脈絡,分別就日本運動制度,日本運動制度,日本學校運動,日本一般民衆的運動,日本的競技運動振興等部分加以介紹。此外,對於台灣的競技運動發展作闡述,並且對於日本發展競技運動的成功經驗,再對照台灣的做法以提供較完整資料最為可用參考。
As a top of country in the arena of athletics, Japan is one of democratic country in Asia and his sports policy is mainly based on the "Sports Promotion Law" promulgated in 1961. Since 2000, the "Sports Promotion Law" formulated "Basic Sports Promotion Plan" as the basic policy direction for the development of competitive sports. The sport policy currently being promoted and implemented in Japan is in fact a sports policy that takes into account the three major areas of competitive sports, sports and national recreational sports. This study organizes the development of the competitive sports in Japan and introduces the Japanese sports system, the Japanese sports system, the Japanese school sports, the sports of the general public in Japan and the sports revival in Japan. In addition, we elaborate on the development of competitive sports in Taiwan and provide the most useful reference to the successful experience of Japan in developing competitive sports against the practice of Taiwan in providing more complete information.
