諮商所實習學生之學習經驗對親密關係產生之影響

Influence of Learning Experience as Counselor Trainee upon Intimate Relationships

摘要


本研究旨在探討諮商所實習學生其學習經驗對自身以及親密關係所產生的影響,並瞭解諮商所實習學生於該歷程中如何調適之因應方式。 本研究採用質性研究之敘事研究法,以立意取樣招募符合條件之三名心理 諮商系所學生,以半結構式的深度訪談,透過受訪者的自我敘說來理解其學習 經驗對自己以及親密關係影響之個人經驗。文本資料採用「整體-內容」分析 模式,聚焦在瞭解諮商所實習學生其主觀知覺之個人生命經驗,分析並歸納整理出對於故事整體意義的理解。 研究結果顯示諮商學習對諮商所學生皆產生影響,包括幫助自我成長、將專業融入人際互動歷程、整合過程歷經的內在衝擊等。本研究也發現學習經驗 對親密關係之影響,包括在關係中扮演專業角色、諮商專業與親密關係之碰 撞、引發對自身專業角色的期許之內在議題;並進一步討論三位受訪者在關係 調整與因應之方式。 研究結論顯示學習者須透過時間持續覺察,反思經驗裡的意義,逐漸走到 與專業合而為一的層次,並以符合自己的狀態發展出個人獨特的諮商專業角 色,欲深刻瞭解與切分專業場域所屬之角色,以及在個人生活所呈現出來之樣 貌,仍需要長時間的探索與整合。最後,依據研究結論進一步提出建議,以做 為諮商所實習學生,以及未來相關研究者之參考依據。

The purpose of this study was to explore the influence of counselor trainees’ learning experience on themselves and their intimate relationships, and to analyze the trainees’ response and strategies to cope with such circumstances. This qualitative research focuses on the experiences of 3 counselor trainees, who were selected via purposive sampling. Through semi-structured interviews, subjects provide narratives regarding how their training affects themselves as a person and their relationship with intimate partners. This study adopts the holistic-content method of narrative research to analyze the subjective life experience as a counselor trainee. Research findings have shown that learning experiences influence the trainees’ self-growth, utilization of knowledge in real-world human interactions, and internal conflict during integration. This study also discovers influences in their intimate relationship, such as reenacting, conflicts with partner, and anticipations during counselor training, and further investigates subjects’ response and strategy to cope with such scenarios. In conclusion, it would take time for trainees to continuously sense and reflect upon the significance in each experience, as they are able to gradually think as a professional counselor, who have developed their unique expertise based on their own personality and state of mind. It would also take long-term exploration and integration to clearly understand and distinguish between professional and private identities. Lastly, this search provides suggestions and reference for counselor trainees and future researchers.
