日本文化產業與台灣文創產業之比較研究

近年來，日本在經濟停滯的情況下，積極地推展「觀光立國」，試圖藉由入境觀光這股外來力量，替停滯的經濟帶來活水。支撐著日本觀光發展的是蘊含日本魅力的產業，飲食、時尚、動漫、主題樂園等都是吸引外國遊客的原因，而這些在日本都能稱之為「文化產業」。現在日本政府更是運用「酷日本政策」，來支援推廣文化產業，在各國創造出日本熱潮，屢屢創下新的觀光人次紀錄；台灣同樣面臨著經濟的問題，也有意推動觀光發展，同時也擁有普遍被認定為與文化產業相同的文化創意產業，但卻時常聽聞觀光人潮不如預期的狀況。　　本文將藉由描述酷日本政策的做法與台灣推廣產業的文創園區，進而探討日本與台灣做法的差異，並提出台灣產業改進的建議。第一章為緒論，詳述本文之研究背景與動機、問題意識、研究方法與架構、研究目的及研究限制。第二章以各項數據說明吸引台灣人去觀光的日本魅力為何，證明文化產業的重要性。第三章詳述日本文化產業的定義與酷日本政策，分析出日本在推動產業所注重的方向。第四章詳述台灣文化創意產業定義與文創園區的實況，從中找出台灣的問題所在。第五章則總結前述內容，指出台灣與日本的差異之處，並針對台灣的問題提出改善的建議，以期台灣文創亦能成為吸引觀光的魅力所在。

In recent years, Japan has actively executed “Visit Japan Campaign Strategy” at the situation of Economic Stagnation. And try to use the external force, named inbound, for making their economic dynamic again. Supporting inbound in Japan is the industries containing Japanese unique charm. Such us Japanese food, fashion, anime and theme park are the reasons attracting foreign visitors. And in Japan, all of them can be called “Cultural Industries”. Nowadays, Japanese Government executes “Cool Japan Strategy” to popularize their Cultural Industries. It has great merits such as creating Japanese boom and making a new record of visitor arrivals every year. Taiwan has the same economic problem with Japan. We also try to develop tourism industries, and have “Cultural Creative Industries” that is generally considered like Cultural Industries. But why do we usually hear that the results of visitor arrivals aren’t very well? What different are Taiwan and Japan? In order to find answers, the researcher took the way to popularize industries, “Cool Japan Strategy” and “Cultural Creative Industries Park”, for example. Try to describe the differences between Taiwan and Japan, and the problems in Taiwan. Then, make some proposals for Taiwan Cultural Creative Industries.
