台灣體驗教育引導員工作現況及相關影響因素之研究

摘要


本研究旨在探討台灣體驗教育正/副引導員工作現況,以及影響正/副引導員選擇從事體驗教育活動為正職工作的相關影響因素與前景看法。本研究採量化為主、質性為輔的研究方法。量化研究以問卷調查法進行,參考相關研究文獻編製而成「台灣體驗教育引導員工作現況及相關影響因素調查問卷」做為研究工具,研究對象為2008年至2017年間,全體已取得亞洲體驗教育學會「體驗教育正引導員」、「體驗教育副引導員」證照者,實際蒐集到有效問卷133份(占研究群體總數80%),所得資料以描述性統計進行資料分析。質性研究則以立意抽樣方式選取五位引導員進行個別訪談,以做為工作選擇的資料補充。   本研究主要結果如下: 一、體驗教育引導員多數為男性,年齡層集中在30-49歲之間,學歷以研究所以上居多,年資以5年至未滿10年為多數。 二、體驗教育引導員多數以體驗教育活動為正職工作,平面活動類為常見工作活動類型,各級學校為主要服務對象。 三、體驗教育引導員選擇體驗教育活動為正職工作的主要原因為「個人興趣」、「價值信念」、「工作內容/特性/方式」。 四、體驗教育引導員選擇不從事體驗教育活動為正職工作的主要原因為「薪資報酬」、「工作穩定性」、「家庭因素」。 五、多數已執業引導員在未來五年後的生涯規劃不會有太大的變動,且對於體驗教育的產業前景保持樂觀態度。   根據上述研究結果,對實務及後續研究提出具體建議供參考。

The purpose of this study was to explore the current work status of the experiential education facilitators in Taiwan, and to examine the factors contributing to their career choices in the field of experiential education. This research applied a mixed-method with both quantitative and qualitative research design to explain and interpret facilitators’ experiences. A questionnaire was developed to collect quantitative data, “the current work status of the experiential education facilitators and influencing factors questionnaire.” 133 experiential education facilitators participated in this study. All participants have obtained License of Experiential Education Program Facilitator or License of Experiential Education Program Associate Facilitator from Asia Association of Experiential Education between the years of 2008 and 2017. Qualitative data were collected through individual interviews. Five facilitators were selected by purposive sampling method and interviewed individually. The results of the research were as the followings. 1.Subjects include 85 males and 48 females and their ages range from 30 to 49 years old. Most of the facilitators obtained a master degree with years of field experiences ranged between 5 to 10 years. 2.Most of the facilitators choose experiential education field as a full-time job. And the type of experiential education most of them applied is initiative activities and portable games. The majority of their clients are students at all level. 3.The main factors that the facilitators have chosen to work full-time in experiential education field include "personal interests," "values and beliefs," and "work content/ feature/ approaches." 4.The main factors that the facilitators have not chosen to work full-time in experiential education field include “salary,” “work stability,” and “family.” 5.Most of the facilitators will not have much change in their career within the next five years, and they remain optimistic about the future of experiential education in Taiwan. Based on the findings of the study, specific recommendations for practitioners and follow-up research were provided.
